We are looking for an IT Analyst (Data Engineering & Analytics) for our client in the banking sector.

Detailed description of work task XXXX XXXX carried outHelp to resolve data-intensive decisioning problems through application of data processing and modelling. Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis. Contribute to driving intelligent automation through algorithmic and model-based solutions. Location requires physical presence is Helsinki, Finland, which is non-negotiable. Must-have knowledge and experience* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering

  • Ability to translate complex technical data into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience deg and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments
  • Experience implementing or working within Medallion Architecture (Bronze-Silver-Gold)
  • Familiarity with compliance-aware CI/CD practices
  • Understanding of data governance principles in production contexts
  • Prior work in a regulated industry (finance or healthcare)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks
  • Familiarity with at least one IaC framework
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation that enables cross-team data reuse Nice-to-have knowledge and experience* Experience with large, cross-domain data
  • Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, Impala or Snowflake Allocation: 100%
