Senior Test Engineer

📍 Location: Remote (with occasional visits to Warsaw office) 💰 B2B: 115–135 PLN/h We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer to join a team working on complex supply chain and data platform solutions. The role involves end-to-end testing of event-driven systems and data integrations in an international environment, with strong focus on data quality, mappings, and cross-system flows. Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across integration and data platform components • Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios for event-driven architectures (Kafka-based systems) • Validate data mappings, transformations, and end-to-end business processes across multiple systems • Investigate defects by tracing issues across integration flows, mapping logic, components, and data quality • Collaborate closely with developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases • Own and maintain test documentation, test plans, and test cases • Drive defect triage and resolution discussions with clear and structured communication • Use tools such as JIRA and TestRail/Xray for test management and reporting • Contribute to and gradually take ownership of test automation initiatives • Continuously improve test strategy, processes, and test coverage We Offer • Opportunity to work on complex international data and integration projects • Remote work model with occasional visits to Warsaw office • Collaboration with experienced technical and business teams • Stable long-term cooperation • Private healthcare (LuxMed)
