Rust Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Rust Tech Lead t o join an SAFe Agile team working on the development of a data management system for a next-generation diagnostic platform. The project is delivered in a scaled Agile environment as part of a larger Agile Release Train. The system is based on a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, leveraging concepts such as Domain-Driven Design, the Actor Model, and event sourcing. In this role, you would act as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owner. You would be responsible for guiding a cross-functional team of engineers and testers, ensuring high-quality delivery in short development cycles. You would also collaborate with architects and senior engineers on the client side, define technical standards, and ensure alignment with established quality and development processes.
