DevOps Engineer

Role Overview 🚀 We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to modernize and secure our infrastructure as we scale our lending platform. You'll work hands-on with GCP and Kubernetes to build reliable, efficient deployment pipelines while establishing platform-wide capabilities like observability, security, and infrastructure as code. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with engineering teams to accelerate their delivery, own critical infrastructure components, and shape the operational principles used across the organization. Equally important, you'll work cross-functionally with non-technical teams to bring the entire company on the journey toward better security and operational excellence. You'll tackle exciting challenges from chaos engineering to green/blue deployments in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech where infrastructure reliability directly enables our ability to lend at scale.
