ABOUT THE JOB As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind Nextview’s growth in the Netherlands. Partnering directly with our Managing Director NL, you won’t just execute a strategy - you will refine the go-to-market playbook for a digital-first era. This is a high-impact role for a strategic "hunter" who knows that modern sales success is built on deep ecosystem relationships and the intelligent use of technology. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Pursue New Business: Take full ownership of the sales funnel. From proactive outreach to final signature, you are responsible for identifying and securing high-value digital transformation projects.Master the Salesforce Ecosystem: Act as the face of Nextview within Salesforce. You will build a powerful network through consistent, high-impact presence - both in-person at the Salesforce HQ and across virtual platforms - ensuring we are the preferred partner for Salesforce AEs and leadership.AI-Powered Excellence: Leverage modern AI tools to supercharge your productivity and output. You will use technology to research prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and ensure every proposal is of the highest strategic quality.Strategic Co-Selling: Collaborate with the Marketing, Advisory, and Practice teams to deliver complex, multi-cloud solutions that solve real business challenges for our clients.C-Level Engagement: Command the room (or the Zoom). You will engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, translating the Salesforce suite into a roadmap for business value and digital evolution.Deliver Precision Results: Consistently exceed sales targets, contributing to Nextview’s reputation as the leading Salesforce boutique partner in Northern Europe. ABOUT YOU Please note: We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in Netherlands. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite. Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of B2B tech sales experience, specifically navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the Dutch market.Ecosystem Influencer: You understand that selling Salesforce is a team sport. You have a proven ability to build "top of mind" awareness within the Salesforce organization and leverage those relationships to drive pipeline.The Modern Seller: You are an early adopter of AI and sales-enablement tools. You know how to use technology to work smarter, creating higher-quality proposals and more insightful client discovery in half the time.Digital Transformation Native: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform. You don't just sell licenses; you sell a vision of how the "full suite" can reinvent an organization.Bilingual Communicator: Native-level or professional fluency in Dutch and English is essential. You can negotiate a contract in Dutch and present a strategy to an international group in English with equal ease.Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a flat hierarchy where you work side-by-side with senior leadership to win as a team.
