ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Consultant, you possess a strong understanding of marketing, sales, or service business processes. You will be a key member of our team, helping clients drive sustainable growth and maximize their ROI. You will translate business objectives into concrete improvements across processes, people, data, and Salesforce technology. While supported by senior leadership, you will take ownership of specific project workstreams, ensuring they deliver tangible business value. You will also contribute to our Advisory practice by helping develop assets that accelerate our international project delivery. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Needs Assessment: Conduct client assessments to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.Digital Roadmaps: Assist in developing and implementing digital roadmaps aligned with customer goals.Trusted Advisory: Act as a reliable guide for customers on various aspects of digital business transformation.Design-Led Approach: Utilize our signature Design-Led Approach to design and implement impactful solutions.Value Cases: Support the development of Value/Business cases that justify strategic decisions.Bridge Business & Tech: Help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, guiding requirements into Salesforce designs.Change Management: Execute change management strategies to support high user adoption of Salesforce.Market Trends: Stay updated on best practices in business transformation and AI. ABOUT YOU Please note: We are seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position. Due to legal and operational requirements, we can only consider applicants who have valid and relevant work authorization permitting full-time employment in the country to which they are applying (the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, or the Czech Republic). This requirement is essential to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. We appreciate your understanding. Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.Experience: 4+ years of experience as a business or management consultant in digital transformations.Domain Knowledge: Experience in at least one domain: marketing, sales, services, operations, or AI.Language: Fluency in English is essential. Dutch is preferred for roles in the Netherlands, and Swedish is preferred for roles in Sweden.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working both strategically and tactically.Communication: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with project teams and customers.Salesforce: A strong interest in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably already holding Salesforce certifications.
