ABOUT THE JOB Digital transformation is accelerating, and our clients expect Technology, Data & AI to directly improve their operations, customer experience, and long-term growth. That’s why we are looking for a Project Manager who can lead Salesforce initiatives end-to-end and help our clients realise meaningful and measurable outcomes. As a Project Manager at Nextview, you play a vital role in connecting strategic business goals with successful project execution. You guide organisations in shaping their future customer experience and internal processes, ensuring that the right Salesforce capabilities are implemented and adopted. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Build and maintain a strong engagement with client leadership and project stakeholders, acting as a true business partner.Support during the quotation phase (program approach, - governance, - organisation & team setup, assumptions, risks and dependencies, planning and budget)Manage successful delivery of the project goals - run projects on time and within budget through strong governance,  clear communication, effective program approach (Agile scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or a combination) and well-managed stakeholder expectations.Leading winning multidisciplinary teams consisting of (Nextview and Customer) Salesforce consultants, developers, designers (UX/UI & Service Design), business consultants, SMEs and architects.Reporting project performance (status, risks, progress, quality, financials) to client leadership and Nextview management.Client & Team CollaborationBuilding a collaborative environment between Nextview and client teams.Managing communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams at multiple levels.Monitoring and forecasting progress, quality, budget and planning; identifying risks early and proactively implementing mitigation actions.Design-Led & Agile DeliveryLeading projects according to Nextview’s Design-Led Approach, based on design thinking and Agile principles.Steering activities across the full lifecycle: discovery, journey design, PSA (Project Scope Agreement) creation, roadmap definition, configuration, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live adoption.Strategy & Account DevelopmentActing as a trusted advisor to our clients - strategic, value-driven and hands-on.Identifying new opportunities during engagements and collaborating with Sales and Salesforce AE’s on account planning.Contributing to continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.Knowledge Transfer & Continuous ImprovementEnsuring proper documentation and effective handover of project results per phase and end of project.Contributing to continuous improvement of our delivery methodology. ABOUT YOU Please note: We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team for a full-time position. Please note that, due to legal and operational constraints, we can only consider applicants who possess valid and relevant work permits that allow full-time employment in Netherlands. This requirement is essential for the successful execution of the role and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this prerequisite. You hold a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience in project management and management consulting within digital transformation, CRM/SaaS implementations or,  preferably, Salesforce projects.Passionate about how technology, data and AI enable creating future proof processes, customer experience, innovation and strategy.Strong understanding of digital projects, IT architecture and the (Salesforce) software development lifecycle.Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies (in depth understanding of the role of a Product Owner and Scrum Master) and tools such as Jira.Experience with design thinking is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Preferably holding project management certifications (MSP, Prince2, Agile PM, IPMA, SAFe, or other)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong stakeholder management at all levels.Commitment to continuous learning (e.g., Salesforce certifications).Fluent in Dutch and EnglishEnthusiastic about being regularly on-site with clients across the Netherlands, and occasionally in Europe.
