ABOUT THE JOB As a Salesforce Account Executive

  • Agentforce Revenue Management (RCA / RLM) at Nextview, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the DACH market, with a strong focus on helping customers transform how they sell, price, quote, contract, and manage recurring revenue using Salesforce. You will work closely with Country Leadership, Presales, and Consulting teams to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for Agentforce Revenue Management, positioning Nextview as a trusted Salesforce partner for revenue operations transformation. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in complex solution sales, owns the full sales cycle, and enjoys engaging senior stakeholders around strategic business challenges. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Drive new business growth in Germany by proactively identifying, pursuing, and winning opportunities focused on Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (RCA / RLM) solutions.Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, strategic networking, and structured outbound activity, articulating compelling points of view around revenue lifecycle transformation.Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through solution design, commercial negotiation, and closing, with a strong emphasis on value-based selling and deal conversion.Engage with C-level executives, revenue leaders, sales operations, and IT decision-makers, positioning Agentforce Revenue Management as a strategic platform to enable scalable, predictable, and automated revenue growth.Lead customer conversations around pricing models, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, subscription and usage-based revenue, billing, and revenue orchestration.Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives, Alliances, and Partner teams to jointly develop pipeline, co-sell, and successfully close deals with end customers.Collaborate with Country Leadership, Marketing, and Presales / Consulting teams to shape winning proposals, ensure strong solution alignment, and support smooth handover into delivery.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Nextview’s growth and market positioning as a leading Salesforce Agentforce partner in Germany. ABOUT YOU Mandatory: 3–5 years of experience selling Salesforce solutions or Salesforce-related consulting services, ideally within complex enterprise environments.Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with the ability to translate customer business challenges into impactful Salesforce-based solutions.Proven experience managing full sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and closing.Demonstrated success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions, preferably related to revenue management, CPQ, pricing, contracts, or subscription-based models.Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate your own opportunities and drive sustainable pipeline growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and advising clients at all organizational levels.Fluent or native German speaker with professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, closely aligned with leadership and delivery teams.
