Organizations are moving beyond traditional CRM toward AI-powered agents, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.We are looking for an Agentforce Engineer to help design and implement next-generation Salesforce solutions powered by Agentforce, Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), and modern AI architectures.In this role, you will combine strong Salesforce engineering expertise with AI and data capabilities to build intelligent agents, automate complex workflows, and enable new customer experiences. A key part of this role will involve leveraging Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) to ground AI agents using enterprise data, including approaches such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).You will work closely with consultants, architects, and clients to transform business challenges into scalable AI-driven Salesforce solutions.There is no turning back - both we and our customers are fully focused on bringing AI solutions to life on the Salesforce platform.
