ABOUT THE JOB As an Account Executive at Nextview, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the German market. You will work closely with Country leadership to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of new business development, manage the full sales cycle, and help shape digital transformation journeys with Salesforce. What you'll be doing Proactively identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in Germany.Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted networking, prospecting, and structured outreach using industry-specific knowledge to promote effective points of view.Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, with a strong focus on deal conversion.Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, positioning Salesforce as a strategic enabler.Engage with Salesforce sales and alliances teams to collaborate on pipeline and deals to drive success with end customers.Collaborate closely with the Country Leader, Marketing and presales Consulting teams to support client development and ensure smooth delivery.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, strengthening Nextview’s position in the German market. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, strengthening Nextview’s position in the German market. about you Mandatory: 3-5 years of experience selling Salesforce solutions or Salesforce-related services.Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and client business needsProven experience managing full sales cycles for Salesforce solutions.Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate your own opportunities and drive pipeline growth.Experience selling into the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluent in German and English.Comfortable working with senior leadership and advising clients at all levels.
