Our clients are strengthening its sustainability and non-financial reporting capabilities to meet evolving regulatory requirements, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and future ESG disclosures. As part of this journey, our client has selected SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SAP SCT) and SAP Disclosure Management as core platforms for unified ESG data management and integrated reporting.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end implementation of these platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment between business requirements, system integrator (SI) partner delivery, and regulatory ESG reporting needs, while driving successful adoption across business, sustainability, data, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across all phases: design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.- Own and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.- Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and outcomes are met across SAP SCT and Disclosure Management.

2. Business–Technology Alignment

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the SI partner delivering the technical solution.- Facilitate requirement gathering, validation, prioritization, and formal sign-off across sustainability, finance, data, and IT teams.- Ensure solutions align with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and broader ESG reporting objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management & Readiness

• Drive clear communication and engagement across Group functions, core businesses, and external partners.- Prepare the organization for new ESG workflows, reporting processes, and governance models.- Support change management, training, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization.

4. Quality, Risk & Vendor Management

• Ensure overall solution integrity across SAP SCT, Disclosure Management, and Ingka’s broader data and reporting landscape.- Monitor SI partner performance, proactively managing risks, escalations, and interdependencies.- Identify and resolve delivery issues before they impact regulatory timelines or reporting quality.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations end-to-end.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior leaders, functional teams, and SI partners.- Strong experience with change management, go-live execution, and hypercare stabilization.- Solid understanding of ESG principles, non-financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks such as CSRD and EU Taxonomy.

• Experience with SAP platforms, ideally SAP Sustainability Control Tower and/or SAP Disclosure Management.- Familiarity with integrated reporting or enterprise reporting operating models.- Experience working in large, complex, global organizations.
