Quality Assurance Lead

• SAP S/4 Transformation Program

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to establish and own the technology quality assurance framework for a large SAP S/4 transformation program. This role sits within the Technology Architecture workstream and focuses on defining how quality is governed and assured across development, integration, and platform changes.

This is not a testing role. The focus is on deg and implementing the QA governance framework, operating model, and assurance mechanisms to ensure delivery quality across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA governance framework across development, integration, DVM lifecycle, and platform changes.

• Establish quality safeguards, including quality gates, mandatory reviews, and key control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live).

• Define and own the Technology QA operating model alongside the Platform Centre of Excellence (C4E), including RACI, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective.

• Introduce assurance mechanisms such as independent reviews, readiness assessments, and risk-based quality checks.

• Define and monitor quality KPIs and leading indicators to track delivery health.

• Act as a second line of defense for delivery quality, aligning QA with Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance.

Experience Required

• Experience leading quality assurance or delivery assurance in large SAP or ERP transformation programs (S/4 preferred).

• Strong understanding of SDLC, integration delivery, and enterprise platform change.

• Experience deg QA governance frameworks, quality gates, and assurance models within complex transformation environments.
