Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a SAP PPDS specialist for a remote working role  .**

At least 10 years’ experience in SAP with at least 4 implementations, must have implementation experience with global automotive manufacturer Extensive experience working in SAP S/4 HANA and expert in Advanced Variant configuration Must have experience implementing iPPE and understanding of iPPE data model Must have experience in production planning with APO (for automotive will be an added advantage) Advise on standard SAP best practice application solution dea manufacturing environment APO / PP Lead is responsible for doing a proof of concept from Legacy to SAP: configuring manufacturing application in SAP APO

• Functionalities (MMP, RPM, Sequencing ), Detailed Scheduling Should have knowledge on SAP Classical and IPPE BOM/Routing/Line Design, Must have knowledge on Variant Configuration for BOM & Routing Must have experience of creating data in IPPE from external sources and passing the data to S€ core

Minimum 10+ years in SAP PP / Planning & Scheduling, with at least 5 years in SAP ePPDS (REM / Repetitive Manufacturing).

• Conduct customer workshops to demonstrate ePPDS capabilities and map business requirements into functional solution design.- Configure and optimize planning procedures, heuristics, and master data setup for ePPDS.- Set up LiveCache and ensure tight integration between S/4HANA and ePPDS.- Configure and maintain master data for VC/CDP, PDS with iPPE Structures, and heuristics for detailed scheduling.- Manage transactional data for planned orders, scheduling agreements, and forecasts.- Deliver user training, UAT support, and testing of all ePPDS processes.- Work with Fiori applications relevant to planning and scheduling.- Ensure robust communication with customers, project teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of total SAP experience, with deep expertise in manufacturing processes.- 2+ end-to-end implementations of SAP iPPE.- Strong integration experience between SAP iPPE, ePPDS, and S/4HANA.- Proven ability to map complex business processes into SAP best-practice solutions.- Hands-on experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).- Familiarity with Repetitive Manufacturing (REM) and automotive industry processes (advantageous).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified in PP / PP-DS / iPPE / AVC (preferred).- Experience with automotive, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume production environments.- Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate Methodology.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and workshop facilitation abilities.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.- Proactive mindset and hands-on delivery approach.

SAP ePPDS Responsibilities
