SAP iPPE Consultant.

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an expereinced SAP iPPE specialist for a remote working opptunity on european time zones.

Consultants  should hold at least 10 years’ experience in SAP with at least 4 implementations, must have implementation experience with global automotive manufacturer Extensive experience working in SAP S/4 HANA and expert in Advanced Variant configuration Must have experience implementing iPPE and understanding of iPPE data model Must have experience in production planning with APO (for automotive will be an added advantage) Advise on standard SAP best practice application solution dea manufacturing environment APO / PP Lead is responsible for doing a proof of concept from Legacy to SAP: configuring manufacturing application in SAP APO

• Functionalities (MMP, RPM, Sequencing ), Detailed Scheduling Should have knowledge on SAP Classical and IPPE BOM/Routing/Line Design, Must have knowledge on Variant Configuration for BOM & Routing Must have experience of creating data in IPPE from external sources and passing the data to S€ core

SAP iPPE Responsibilities.

• Lead and deliver at least two full lifecycle SAP iPPE implementations.- Define and configure iPPE master data, product structures, process structures, and line design.- Create iPPE data from external sources and ensure seamless data transfer to S/4HANA.- Provide expert-level guidance on the iPPE data model and its use in engineering, planning, and manufacturing scenarios.- Integrate iPPE with SAP ePPDS for production planning and scheduling.- Implement and advise on key functionalities such as Model Mix Planning and Rapid Planning Matrix (RPM).- Apply SAP best practice design principles for manufacturing operations, product structures, and production engineering.- Strong working knowledge of Classical and iPPE BOMs, Routings, and Line Design.- Expertise in Variant Configuration (VC) and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) for BOMs and Routings.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of total SAP experience, with deep expertise in manufacturing processes.- 2+ end-to-end implementations of SAP iPPE.- Strong integration experience between SAP iPPE, ePPDS, and S/4HANA.- Proven ability to map complex business processes into SAP best-practice solutions.- Hands-on experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).- Familiarity with Repetitive Manufacturing (REM) and automotive industry processes (advantageous).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automotive, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume production environments.- Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate Methodology.

• Strong leadership and workshop facilitation abilities.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.- Proactive mindset and hands-on delivery approach.
