**Finance Project Manager

• SAP S/4HANA Transformation**

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Finance Project Manager to lead and drive the Finance and Procurement workstream as part of their transformation to Next Generation ERP / SAP S/4HANA. The ideal consultant has extensive experience managing business and IT transformation programmes focused on Finance and Procurement, deep understanding of financial processes/economic models, and a proven track record delivering ERP projects—preferably SAP ECC → S/4HANA.

The consultant will be embedded within the client organisation and play a key role in ensuring a successful delivery of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance and Procurement workstream within the S/4HANA transformation programme- Full project management responsibility including budget, resource planning, timeline and steering committee reporting- Stakeholder management across internal and external teams- Facilitate and drive requirements gathering and process definition- Ensure alignment between Finance/Procurement business needs and IT delivery- Support process development and change management- Communicate updates, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders and programme leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–8+ years Project Management experience in large-scale transformation initiatives- Several years leading Finance and Procurement-focused business + IT programmes- Strong understanding of financial processes and economic operating models- Hands-on experience delivering SAP ERP projects, ideally S/4HANA transformation- Experience working with agile methodologies- Proven experience in change management and business development- Excellent communication in Swedish and English- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary specialist teams

Beneficial / Preferred Experience

• Experience in process development, ERP requirements management, IT procurement and full delivery lifecycle- Previous experience within the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries
