About the role

You’ll play a key role in shaping how projects and programmes are run at Neko Health. Sitting at the heart of highly complex, cross-functional initiatives, you’ll drive the delivery of cutting-edge hardware and health products in a fast-moving medical device environment. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams, helping define the PMO’s structure, processes, and long-term evolution. This is a high-impact role where your work directly enables innovation, scalability, and the successful launch of products that redefine preventive healthcare.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of hardware and health-related projects, from early concept through launch. Own programme management across multiple, interdependent initiatives within areas such as skin, tissue, and cardiovascular health. Build and align project teams, run clear cadences, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders. Partner with PMO colleagues to design, refine, and scale project management processes and structures. Help define the blueprint for how projects are executed at Neko, continuously improving ways of working. Support leadership decisions around PMO growth, resourcing, and future hiring.

What you bring

Solid experience in project or programme management, ideally within medical devices, hardware, or health-tech software. Proven ability to drive complex projects end to end, including making tough trade-offs and decisions. Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and across different organizations or industries. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly when working with engineering and product teams. Willingness to be based in Stockholm for hardware-focused roles, with flexibility for remote work in other contexts.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
