About Us: Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and XXXX XXXX. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to provide broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in technology.

About the Role: The Clinic Lead is a hybrid clinical and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring high quality, insight driven patient care while overseeing day-to-day clinic performance. This individual provides management to Physicians and Lead Operators, ensures compliance with clinical and operational standards, and partners closely with cross functional teams to uphold Neko’s vision of delivering exceptional preventive care. The Clinic Lead will work collaboratively with the Area Director to maintain clinic readiness, ensure staffing coverage, and uphold both medical and operational quality.

Responsibilities:

Clinical & Team Leadership Provide direct management and mentorship to Physicians and the Lead Operator, including regular 1:1s, clinical observations, and performance reviews. Lead recruitment efforts for clinical staff in partnership with Talent Acquisition. Cascade updates to clinical workflows, protocols, and practice changes in alignment with medical leadership. Collaborate with medical leadership to maintain high clinical quality, governance, and readiness for inspections. Operational Excellence Oversee core operational functions including inventory management, facilities, cleaning standards, hospitality delivery, appointment slot management, training & onboarding, and bug monitoring/reporting. Support the Lead Operator in maintaining daily clinic flow, operational discipline, and consistently high-quality patient experience. Maintain full staffing coverage in coordination with the Workforce Scheduler. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and internal Neko SOPs. Quality, Safety & Performance Management Monitor and analyze key clinic performance metrics such as rebooking rate, CSAT, NPS, utilization, throughput, and overall quality of care. Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and timely resolution of patient concerns in partnership with Customer Care. Partner with medical leadership to continually evaluate and elevate the quality of medical care delivered.

Qualifications:

+5 years of clinical and/or operational leadership experience in a medical setting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
