Job Description Join our dynamic Young Professionals Program at the Struandale Assembly Plant and be at the forefront of Ford's digital transformation journey. This role is crucial for driving the adoption of cutting-edge digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within our manufacturing operations. You will work on exciting projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, and revolutionizing how we build vehicles, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products. Responsibilities Digitalization Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement digitalization opportunities across manufacturing processes at the Struandale Assembly Plant. AI Solution Development & Deployment: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to pilot deployment and scaling, focusing on practical applications that deliver tangible business value. Technology Integration: Work hands-on with various data platforms and tools, including Galata and MILO, to extract, process, and analyze manufacturing data. Programming & Scripting: Utilize Python, SQL for data manipulation, statistical analysis, machine learning model development, and automation tasks. Advanced AI Concepts: Explore and implement advanced AI techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLM) to develop intelligent solutions for areas like predictive maintenance, quality control, and operational insights. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders using clear and concise visualizations and reports. Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with engineers, IT specialists, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and AI solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and propose innovative digital and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology in the AI & ML.
