Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level infrastructure projects. Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and procedures. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Provide expertise in areas such as cloud architecture, automation, and scalability. Lead efforts to optimize performance, security, and reliability. Act as a subject matter expert in resolving escalated technical issues. Collaborate with executives to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives. Mentor and coach junior and intermediate engineers. Attain expert-level certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect

  • Professional). Lead major infrastructure projects and initiatives. Develop and present technology roadmaps. Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures. Engage in thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or community involvement. Explore managerial or directorial roles if interested in leadership beyond technical expertise Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience as an infrastructure engineer TECHNICAL SKILLS: Have had exposure to the full software development lifecycle Networking virtualization Cloud platforms Automating and scripting Containerization and orchestration Security and disaster recovery CI/CD pipelines Monitoring performance COMPETENCIES / ATTRIBUTES: Strong and proven leadership qualities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership and mentorship aptitude within technical teams. Strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
