Job Summary The Wellness Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building sustainable client relationships for the Wellness and Fitness subsidiary. The role combines consultative selling, business development, client relationship management, and strategic marketing execution to position the company as a leading provider of wellness, fitness, and lifestyle solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business partnerships. Location: Gaduwa, Abuja Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert potential clients, including hospitality brands, corporate organizations, fitness & gym outfits, contractors, and individual clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Generate and convert inquiries into confirmed sales opportunities. Analyze client needs and recommend tailored wellness and fitness solutions to maximize value and sales potential. Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and customized solution presentations. Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure contract execution. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Manage contract renewals, reviews, and amendments to ensure sustained business relationships. Provide professional advisory support to clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues where necessary. Maintain consistent communication through in-person meetings, calls, and digital channels. Develop and cascade sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within target customer segments. Contribute to the development of innovative sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Participate in the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and in-house wellness events as a strategic marketing initiative. Represent the organization professionally at networking and promotional events. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Inventory, Operations, Finance, and Installation/Technical Teams) to ensure seamless service delivery. Proactively liaise with the Inventory Team to obtain real-time stock availability and manage client expectations effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data, prospects, and transactions within the company’s information systems. Provide periodic sales reports and market intelligence to the Divisional Head. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Health & Wellness, or related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consultative Selling (preferably within wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality-related industries).
