Job Description Receive finished goods from production and confirm quantities against transfer notes Arrange and store finished goods in designated warehouse locations Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all finished products Maintain stock records Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records (manual and system-based) Conduct routine stock counts and support periodic inventory audits Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements Pick and prepare finished goods based on approved dispatch orders Verify quantities and product specifications before loading Assist in loading goods onto trucks safely and efficiently Ensure dispatch documentation is complete and signed Documentation & Record Keeping Ensure proper handling of finished goods to avoid damage Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse Adhere strictly to HSE, FSSC & ISO standards, policies and procedures Assist in the safe use of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts where authorized) Report faulty equipment immediately Work collaboratively with production, logistics, and quality teams Support P & L supervisor in daily operations Carry out any other duties as assigned. Key Competency Requirements: Attention to detail Basic numerical and record-keeping skills Physical stamina and ability to handle goods Good communication and teamwork Integrity and accountability Basic computer knowledge (added advantage). Qualifications Education: Minimum of OND / SSCE (depending on grade level) 1–3 years warehouse experience (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG) Basic knowledge of inventory processes.
