Visual & Motion Designer

Summary We’re looking for a versatile Visual & Motion Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team—someone with sharp destincts, strong motion chops, and a creative eye for photography. This role will primarily support Termii’s product, ensuring the brand looks sharp, vibrant, and relatable across every touchpoint. It’s a balanced role: 50% graphic design, 50% motion/video—with some light photography work woven in. Ideal for a designer who can confidently move across formats and bring bold, engaging visual stories to life Responsibilities Create compelling marketing assets—banners, social visuals, email graphics, presentations, landing pages, and more. Design short videos and animations—from product explainers to social reels—using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Translate briefs and scripts into polished creative assets (static, motion, and occasional photography). Capture or creatively direct photography for brand campaigns, events, and product-related content. Work closely with Termii’s Creative Designer to ensure cohesion and collaboration across both product lines. Support product and growth teams with visuals for UI, walkthroughs, and educational content. Contribute to branded content and event assets (digital and print). Stay ahead of trends in design, motion, and visual storytelling. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics. Confident in capturing or directing brand photography (lifestyle/product/event). A portfolio showcasing both static and motion work (bonus if it includes photography!). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Strong communicator, collaborator, and creative problem-solver. Self-starter mindset—able to run with a brief and deliver end-to-end Bonus: Experience in Figma or tech/SaaS brands
