Technical Services Manager

Educational Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of technical leadership experience Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with financial management, budgeting, and PnL responsibility Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera software Experience in financial control and budget management. Key Result Areas: Manage revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion Control costs, optimize resource allocation, and improve efficiency Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin,  response time, downtime and first time fixes Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness Client and stakeholder management.
