Team Lead, Cards

Role Description As the Team Lead, Cards Technology & Systems, you will oversee the operations and management of the card technology systems within UBA Group. Your responsibilities will include managing card issuance, troubleshooting system-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technological enhancements. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to ensure optimal performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required Experience in the financial services or payments industry is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of card technology systems, card issuance processes, and payment solutions Hands-on experience with technology troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and issue resolution Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards applicable to card payment systems Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and managing collaborative teams Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
