Storekeeper - Pharmaceuticals

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents Store materials in compliance with GMP/GDP, including temperature and humidity controls Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking Manage batch numbers, expiry dates, and proper labeling Issue materials to production, QA, or dispatch as per approved documentation Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation to meet regulatory requirements and support audits Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, segregation of materials, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies Perform other jobrelated duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
