Store Supervisor / Store Manager

Location: Polo Park Mall, Abakaliki Road, GRA, Enugu Salary: ₦150,000 (Monthly) Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily store operations Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle cash management, POS transactions, and reconciliations Requirements Minimum of 2–4 years experience in retail/store supervision or management Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to drive sales and meet targets Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting Must be resident in Enugu or willing to relocate OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience working in a franchise or retail chain is an added advantage
