Staff Nurse/ Midwife, RN/RM, (Post NYSC)

Role Description This full-time, on-site role located in Lagos involves providing high-quality nursing and midwifery care to patients at Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Centre. The Staff Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM), Post NYSC, will be responsible for patient assessment, health education, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and monitoring patient outcomes. The role also includes ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and maintaining accurate patient records. Qualifications Proficiency in providing patient care, assessing health conditions, and administering medications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring protocol compliance. Conduct normal deliveries and assist with obstetric procedures when required. Monitor fetal and maternal wellbeing during pregnancy and labour. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Nursing/Midwifery (RN/RM). Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps). Knowledge of current healthcare practices and access to specialized care environments is a plus.
