Main Function We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team in Maitama and oversee all financial operations for both Salon & Spa/ Cafe. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a structured environment Role Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Oversight Review daily sales and expense reports. Implement a standardized financial reporting system. Reconcile cash, POS, and other payment transactions. Prepare consolidated financial reports for management. Submit periodic financial summaries and report discrepancies or financial risks. Payment Processing & Vendor Management Process payments for goods and services. Ensure proper approvals before disbursement of funds. Maintain documentation for all transactions. Liaise with vendors regarding invoices and payment schedules. Ensure timely settlement of bills. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Supportbudgeting, financial planning, and forecasting Financial Reporting Cycles Support key financial activities including month-end reporting, stock audits, and financial reviews. Ensure financial reports are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Practical knowledge of VAT compliance and tax procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Competencies/Skills Strong accounting, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
