Job Description We are looking for a bold, creative, and highly responsive Social Media & Content Manager to build their online presence into a vibrant, engaging, and viral brand. This is not a “post and schedule” role. You will own how theyshows up daily, creating content people relate to, react to, and share. You will turn everyday moments into stories, trends into opportunities, and conversations into community. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strong content strategy Create engaging, relatable, and shareable content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.). Identify and capitalize on trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform optimization. Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels. Ensure content quality, relevance, and timeliness. Actively respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in real time. Build and nurture an engaged online community. Turn users into advocates through interaction and storytelling. Jump on trends quickly and adapt them to the brand. Drive organic reach through creativity and timing. Monitor engagement metrics (reach, impressions, shares, saves). Analyze what works and double down on high-performing content. Continuously refine content strategy based on insights. Requirements 2+ years experience in social media management or content creation. Strong understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics. Proven ability to create engaging and high-performing content. Experience managing brand accounts. Strong copywriting and storytelling ability. Ability to think fast and execute even faster. Creative instinct for what makes content go viral. Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Deep understanding of internet culture and audience behavior.
