About the Role We are a remote-first company supporting growing businesses with structured and results-driven execution. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and grow the online presence of a financial services brand. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, and performance-focused, with a strong understanding of how to build, engage, and convert audiences through social media. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form videos Plan and manage a consistent content calendar Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement Support campaigns, promotions, and product launches Stay updated on trends and apply them effectively Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management Experience in financial services, fintech, or sales-driven businesses is required Strong content creation and copywriting skills Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms Ability to analyze performance and improve results Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Tools & Platforms Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) Content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) Scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) Analytics tools (platform insights, basic reporting tools) What We’re Looking For A creative and results-driven social media professional Someone who understands how to grow and engage an audience A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers consistently A strong communicator who can translate ideas into compelling content Candidates interested in long-term growth in social media and digital marketing Nice to Have Experience running paid social media campaigns Portfolio or links to accounts you’ve managed
