Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, providing insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting to support business decisions. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities. Provide insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategy execution. Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and financial feasibility studies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards. Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and controls. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Minimum of 6 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Strong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and business performance metrics. Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage.
