What You Will Own The company operating system including planning cadence, dashboards, decision tracking, and execution rhythm AI systems across the company including agents, workflows, and internal tools used daily by teams Cross functional execution that impacts revenue, efficiency, and customer experience Execution quality across teams including speed, clarity, and follow through What You Will Do Redesign core workflows across teams for speed and reliability, then automate them Build and deploy AI agents and workflows that eliminate manual work Own the lifecycle of AI systems from deployment to monitoring to continuous improvement Drive adoption of AI tools across teams and ensure they are actively used Track performance, usage, and cost of AI systems and continuously optimize Run execution cadences and keep priorities moving week to week Lead cross functional sprints to unblock growth, margins, and customer outcomes What Success Looks Like In 6 Months 30 to 50 percent reduction in cycle time across key workflows Multiple AI systems in daily use across teams Strong adoption with clear impact on productivity Faster decision making and tighter execution across the company Clear visibility into performance, priorities, and blockers You Will Be a Fit If You Think from first principles and question how things work Are highly driven, low ego, and biased toward action Have experience in operations, program management, or similar roles in fast paced environments Have built systems or automations that improved how teams work Are comfortable working with AI tools and experimenting quickly Use data to make decisions and improve performance Communicate clearly and drive alignment across teams Nice to Have Experience in financial services, health, or regulated environments Ability to write simple scripts or work with APIs
