Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas market Promote petroleum products (e.g., PMS, AGO, LPG) and related services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate customers Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up on payments Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales revenue and volume growth Customer acquisition and retention rate Market share expansion Timely collection of receivables Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in oil & gas) Strong knowledge of petroleum products and industry dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
