Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving student enrollment, building strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business growth. The ideal candidate is result-driven, strategic, and experienced in sales and marketing within the education or training sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollment and achieve sales targets. Identify, generate, and follow up on leads while promoting training programs to individuals and organizations. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporate organizations, and government bodies. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online and offline campaigns, oversee promotional activities, and drive brand awareness. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Represent the organization at events, seminars, and networking forums, delivering presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, partnerships, and campaign outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in education, training, or ed-tech). Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing and the tech training landscape.
