Key Responsibilities: Drive student enrollments across all Cirvee programs (B2C) Sell corporate training and service offerings to businesses (B2B) Generate and follow up on leads aggressively (online & offline) Close deals and hit monthly revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners Attend events, activations, and outreach campaigns to generate leads Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads Track leads, conversions, and sales performance weekly Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue Represent Cirvee confidently in meetings, pitches, and negotiations Qualifications: Strong sales and closing ability (this is non-negotiable) Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles Ability to communicate, persuade, and handle objections effectively Target-driven mindset — you are hungry for results Strong follow-up culture (you don’t lose leads) Good understanding of sales funnels and customer behavior Ability to work independently and take ownership Experience in EdTech, training, or service-based sales is a plus Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan
