Sales Executive

Description

We are hiring a smart, confident, and results-driven female Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves both online and offline sales activities, including engaging clients, following up on leads, and occasionally representing the company at meetings or business locations. Key Responsibilities Engage and follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media Present and sell the company’s services to prospective clients Attend physical meetings when required to represent the company Build and maintain strong client relationships Track leads and manage follow-ups effectively Job Requirements Female (required for this role) Must reside within close proximity to the office (important for accessibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident speaking on phone and in face-to-face meetings Proven ability to persuade and close deals Well-presented, professional, and articulate Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media for business Ability to work independently and meet targets Prior sales experience is an advantage (but not mandatory if you are confident and fast-learning) Compensation Base salary + commission on every successful sale Performance-based incentives Opportunity for career growth within the company
