Sales Executive
Description
Location: :10 Westerner Industrial Ave, Isheri Oke, Ojodu Berger, Lagos Nigeria. Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers Promote and sell construction-related products/services Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities Provide regular sales reports to management Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years proven sales experience. Strong network within the construction sector (contractors, developers, procurement officers, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent negotiation and communication skills Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
