Job Summary The Sales and Billing / Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, attending to walk-in customers, supporting sales activities, and handling billing processes efficiently. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management: Greet and attend to customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel. Sales Support: Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Billing & Documentation: Generate invoices, receipts, and other billing documents accurately Process payments (cash, transfer, POS, etc.) and maintain records Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions Reconcile daily sales and billing records. Administrative Duties: Maintain records of customer transactions and reports Support inventory tracking and coordinate with the warehouse/store team Prepare daily/weekly sales and billing reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, billing, or front desk roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good numerical and record-keeping ability Ability to multitask XXXX XXXX under pressure.
