Job Description: The Sales and Partnership Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships for Goodnews Naija Podcast. The role involves identifying sponsorship opportunities, securing brand partnerships, pitching the podcast to potential advertisers, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will also support the development of sales strategies that expand the podcast’s visibility and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities Pitch Goodnews Naija Podcast to brands, agencies, and potential collaborators Negotiate partnership deals and follow through on execution Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Develop strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility Work with the internal team to align partnerships with podcast content and goals Requirements: Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or partnerships Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently Good understanding of media, podcasting, and digital content space Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented A relevant degree or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
