Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the sales and market presence of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. Summary of Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify new markets, customers, and distribution channels for bottled water and PVC pipes; manage key accounts; execute sales strategies to achieve targets; monitor competitors and market trends. Marketing & Promotion: Plan and implement marketing campaigns (offline and digital); organize product demos and events; create marketing content; coordinate with production to align sales and product availability. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain client communication and satisfaction; handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints; ensure timely delivery and after-sales support with logistics Academic Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or selling commodity products. Prior experience in bottled water and/or PVC pipes is an added advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel outside Ibadan to Ilorin and other areas.
