Retail Sales Representative

Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused and technically savvy Retail Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in electromechanical solutions for walk-in customers, contractors, and small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive in-store and over-the-counter sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our range of electromechanical components and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. R e s p o ns i b il i t ie s Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and technicians with product selection and purchases, also provide expert advice on electromechanical products. Maintain in-depth knowledge of store inventory, technical specifications, and applications, also assist with product installations or basic troubleshooting guidance. Build rapport with repeat customers (e.g., electricians, contractors) to foster loyalty and follow up on customer inquiries and post-sale support. Diploma or degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field. 1+ years of experience retail sales experience (preferably in electromechanical, hardwares or industrial supplies) experience with POS system and basic inventory management
