The Reinsurmce Manager is responsible developing, implementing, and managing the companys reinsurance progrcm in compliance with NAICOM regulations. The role ensures optimal risk retention, capital protection, profitability, and alignment with inch.stry best practices. Our Minimum Qualifications BachelorS degree Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field. Professional certification leg, ACII, FCII, CIIN or equivalent) is an advantage. Minimum of 10—15 years' experience in insurance, with at least S years in reinsurance Proven experience treaty negotiation md facultative placements.
