ROLE OVERVIEW The HR Business Partner in a BEDC plays a strategic and operational role in aligning the company's workforce with its business goals. The HRBP serves as the primary liaison between management and employees, driving talent management, employee relations, performance systems, compliance, and workforce planning to ensure operational efficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Development and implementation of policies and procedures. Be actively involved in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition Create and implement effective onboarding plans Develop and implement training and development programs Assist in payroll processes, ensuring proper data input and validation Assist in performance management processes Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain healthy workplace relations through technical, commercial, and support teams. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Support talent development conversations and succession planning processes Generate periodic HR metrics and reports for management JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration or any other related courses A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in similar role CIPM or any HR Professional certification will be added advantage Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
