Quality Assurance Manager

What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and applicable building codes Ensure projects meet technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards Review method statements and technical submittals for quality compliance Implement and monitor Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) across all projects Conduct site inspections across civil, structural, and finishing works Oversee material testing (concrete, soil, steel, etc.) and quality verification processes Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel across projects Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and client complaints Liaise with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities on quality matters Collaborate with HSE teams to align quality and safety standards Ensure proper documentation of quality records, as-built drawings, handover and inspection documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Master’s Degree required Professional certification in Quality Management or Construction Quality Systems is an added advantage. 11–13 years of professional experience Minimum 4 years in a management role Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects Required Skillset Quality Assurance & Quality Control Systems Construction Quality Management Systems Technical Audits & Compliance Materials Testing & Inspection Risk Assessment & Mitigation Engineering Documentation Management Digital tools and advanced Excel Who You Are A detail-oriented quality leader with strong site experience Highly disciplined with deep technical knowledge of construction standards Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and enforce compliance Passionate about delivering defect-free, high-quality projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Results-driven and detail-oriented
