Project Manager (Beauty / Cosmetics Brand)

Job Description Are you a highly organized and results-driven professional with a passion for beauty and retail? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate key projects across our beauty brand, ensuring timely execution and business growth. Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects across marketing, store operations, product launches, and brand campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute brand and retail projects from start to finish Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, social media, and store staff) Oversee product launches, promotions, and in-store activations Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met Identify risks and provide solutions proactively Track performance and report on project outcomes Ensure brand consistency across all projects. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2–5 years experience in project management (retail or beauty industry is an advantage) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail.
