About the Role We are seeking a Project Lead

• Cosmetics to drive the development of innovative cosmetic products from concept to market. The successful candidate will lead product research, formulation development, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cosmetic products aligned with market demand. Key Responsibilities Lead cosmetic product development from concept, formulation, testing, and launch. Conduct research on emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies in the cosmetics industry. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, and ESG to ensure product compliance and market alignment. Analyze consumer insights and market data to refine product strategies. Build partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders. Present project updates and recommendations to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in cosmetics research, product development, or a related field. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes. Experience managing projects from concept to product launch. Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
