Job Summary The Program Coordinator is the operational backbone of TEC's Global Mentoring Program, responsible for the day-to-day logistics, participant engagement, data management, and volunteer coordination required to deliver a world-class mentoring experience to 70–100 mentors and mentees. This role combines administrative excellence, relational sensitivity, and Kingdom-mindedness to ensure that mentoring relationships thrive and program outcomes are achieved. Job Details Program Operations & Administration: Manage all daily logistics including participant communications (email, WhatsApp), scheduling coordination, database management (Airtable/Excel), and document control. Matching & Onboarding: Execute the mentor-mentee matching process, coordinate training/orientation sessions, and ensure all participants complete required agreements and baseline assessments. Participant Support & Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for 70–100 participants; respond to inquiries within 24 hours; intervene proactively when pairs are struggling; maintain 24/7 emergency contact for safeguarding issues. Data Collection & Reporting: Track monthly check-in logs, flag inactive pairs, prepare monthly dashboards for the Program Director, and maintain secure digital records (Google Workspace). Event Coordination: Plan and execute 5 major events (Launch Event, Quarterly Gatherings, Graduation) including venue, catering, AV, and participant logistics. Volunteer & Budget Management: Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers; track budget expenditures; maintain financial records and receipts. Requirements Essential: Bachelor's degree in any field; 3+ years administrative/program coordination experience; Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Airtable, WhatsApp Business; Excellent written/verbal communication (English); Strong organisational and multitasking skills; TEC member in good standing with spiritual maturity. Desirable: Experience in church administration, volunteer management, or faith-based programs; Event planning experience; Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2); Knowledge of mentoring best practices.
