Coordinate and motivate the production team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Maintain strict quality control across all garments and products. Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to bring creative collections to life. Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods proactively. Develop and implement cost-efficient production strategies without sacrificing quality. Monitor production metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Production Manager in similar roles. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, creative environment. Deep knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
