Procurement Officer – Healthcare Radiology

Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and procure medical equipment, radiology consumables, and services in alignment with organizational requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely processing of purchase orders. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with clinical teams to anticipate and meet procurement needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, procurement policies, and quality standards. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and expenditure reporting. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternative sourcing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or radiology services. Knowledge of medical equipment, radiology consumables, and regulatory standards. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
