Host podcast episodes fully or partly in Pidgin English Conduct engaging interviews with guests from different walks of life Translate complex or formal topics into simple, relatable Pidgin conversations Bring energy, humor, and authenticity to every recording Collaborate with the production team on content ideas and episode direction Record short-form content (reels, clips, street-style interviews) Drive conversations that reflect positive, inspiring, and uplifting Nigerian stories Maintain strong audience engagement through storytelling and personality Represent the Goodnews Naija brand voice across audio and video formats Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning Requirements: Fluent in Naija Pidgin English (must sound natural, not forced) Strong personality with excellent communication skills Confident on camera and/or behind the mic Naturally engaging, humorous, and relatable Passionate about positive storytelling and Nigerian narratives
